Tom Brady Eats His Vegetables
There is a lot of talk about how Tom Brady is still able to perform at such a high level for his age. I heard a sports commentator mention this past week how his arm as still as good as it was in his 20s. He’s likely gifted but Tom Brady also eats primarily vegan/plant-based. Eating plants prevents and even reverses disease, makes you a better athlete by preventing injury and helps you heal quicker if you do experience injury. If you need to be convinced, watch the movie The Game Changers produced by James Cameron. It will prove that athletes can excel at their sport eating plant-based.
