Do you Have Limited Time To Do Meal Planning?

Life is busy for so many. I have some friends that have the meal planning and cooking down to a well oiled machine. On Sundays, they get out their cookbooks, pick out what they want to cook for the week, go shopping, and purchase all their groceries for the entire week. Impressive. Simple. Makes total sense. Not something I have incorporated yet but sure would like to!

For anyone wishing to take the time and guess work out of what to cook each day for healthy plant-based meals, what to grocery shop for, and how/what you can batch cook and prepare ahead of time, check out this super cool meal planner from Forks Over Knives.  It will do things like populate a grocery list which you can use right from your mobile device and you can easily remove meals or swap them out for other ones based on ingredients you already have.  You can try it for free for 14 days to check it out.  If anyone gives it a try, please let me know how it works for you.
